Four families, engineered to the same discipline.

Chassis parts fail at the joints, the welds, and the coating — in that order. Each family below lists what we control in production, because that is what decides your warranty rate.

Control arms

Stamped steel and forged aluminum assemblies, supplied bare or as complete arms with ball joint and bushings already pressed in. The complete assembly is the volume product — a distributor does not want to press bushings in a shop.

Weld penetration, arm-to-arm dimensional spread, and bushing durometer are held lot to lot. Arms are E-coated after welding, then the ball joint boot is fitted, so no coating gets between the stud and the housing.

Ball joints

The part that gets returned most often when a supplier cuts corners. Stud taper and thread pitch are matched to the OE knuckle; the housing is either pressed into the arm or bolted to it, and the two are not interchangeable.

Sealed-for-life joints use a chloroprene boot with a stainless retaining ring. Greasable versions ship with a zinc-plated fitting and a pre-greased cavity, so the installer does not have to guess the fill.

Stabilizer links

Center-to-center length and ball diameter decide whether the bar sits at the correct angle. Both are measured on every lot, not just the first article, because a link that is 2 mm long still bolts up — and then eats the bushing.

Steel links are zinc-nickel plated; aluminum links are supplied for applications where the OE part is aluminum, with the same boot and seat as the steel version.

Bushing kits

Rubber for ride and NVH, polyurethane for durability. Kits are assembled per position or per axle so the counter staff can sell one number instead of four.

Bushing OD, length and sleeve ID are held to the arm bore; durometer is verified per batch. Installation lube and hardware are included where the OE design calls for them.

What is checked before a carton closes

Incoming material

Steel grade certificate, rubber batch, plating supplier COA.

In-process

Weld bead and joint press depth checked at the station.

Dimensional lot

Key characteristics measured per lot, recorded against drawing.

Function

Articulation torque and boot seal checked on sample pieces.

05

Packing

Part number, OE ref, quantity, origin verified on the carton.

Reports are issued per shipment on request. We are not claiming a certification we do not hold — ask for the current documents and we will send what exists.
